Location & Hours
Mountain Whisper Spa is located inside the Banff Park Lodge on the main floor retail area at 222 Lynx St., Banff, Alberta, T1L 1K5.

Operating hours: 9:00 am - 9:00 pm daily.
Spa & Pool Access
The pool facility is separate from Mountain Whisper Spa and is owned, operated and maintained by Banff Park Lodge. Guests of Mountain Whisper Spa are privileged to have complimentary access to the pool facility which includes change rooms, swimming pool, hot tub, warm water plunge pool, and eucalyptus steam room. Access is based on availability. The pool facility is public and shared with the guests of Banff Park Lodge, Bow View Lodge and Peaks Hotel & Suites.

Please bring appropriate swimwear, and we kindly ask that you shower before entering the pool for hygiene purposes.

No in and out privileges. Access is either before or after your treatment for up to 1 hour.
Spa Arrival & Etiquette
To ensure a relaxing and enjoyable experience, we ask that all guests observe the following spa etiquette:
Arrival Time: Please arrive at least 10 minutes before your scheduled treatment to allow time for check-in and to familiarize yourself with the spa facilities.

Quiet Environment: To maintain a peaceful atmosphere, please speak softly and avoid the use of mobile phones in all spa areas, including the pool.
Health Considerations: Let us know if you have any medical conditions or allergies before your treatment.
Relax and Unwind: We encourage you to enjoy the full spa experience, whether you choose to relax in the lounge, indulge in a treatment, or unwind by the pool.
We want every guest to feel pampered and rejuvenated, and following these guidelines will help create a serene atmosphere for everyone.
Cancellation Policy
Cancellations or rescheduling of appointments must be made at least 24 hours prior to your scheduled appointment time to avoid any charges.

Late Cancellations & No-Shows: If you cancel or reschedule within 24 hours of your appointment, a 100% service fee will be charged.

Late Arrivals: If you arrive late, your session may be shortened to accommodate subsequent bookings, and the full treatment price will still apply.

Refunds: Refunds for cancellations made within the specified time will be processed promptly. For prepaid services or packages, please contact us for options regarding rescheduling or account credits.

At our spa, we strive to provide a transparent and enjoyable experience. Please note the following regarding pricing, gratuities, and taxes:

Pricing: All treatment prices are clearly listed on our menu. Prices are subject to change without notice, and any updates will be communicated prior to booking.
